Recently modernised one bedroom apartment, large double bed and nice living area. Apartment has its own self contained bathroom to include shower, and it’s own kitchen. A good specification apartment in a great location, a 12 minute walk across the Peace Bridge leaves you right in the busy city centre loaded with history and culture. That’s if you don’t stop off at one of the excellent eateries as you stroll through Ebrington on the way down to the Peace Bridge. The space Guests have the full use of this self contained one bedroom apartment, this apartment is located on the 2nd floor and benefits from free parking outside. The bedroom has a double bed, but a single bed can be brought in and setup in living room, once additional guest charge is selected if required.
