The Dartmouth House

Very quiet and safe street yet located near San Pablo ave which is a major thoroughfare with lots of buses, across the street from a new shopping center which includes Sprouts market, Starbucks and more. Whole foods is two blocks away. Walking distance to Solano ave which has lots of restaurants, stores and night life. It is steps away from the Berkeley border. My house can accommodate 9 people , after the first 2 guests it will be extra charge of $20 per person. The space The house has three bedrooms it's 1600 square foot , a nice medium size backyard which includes a deck. It has a huge master bedroom (no bathroom) on the second floor with skylights and a view of the sunset. 1 tidy and rustic bathroom. There is a a 55 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and local channels. Wifi connection. Large fully equipped Kitchen with dining table, coffee maker, lots of pots and pans, blender, microwave, toaster, gas stove, oven, Fridge. Equipped with spices and condiments. Tea and coffee.
