The Villa is located at a calm place with all amenities in the lap of lush green trees away from the maddening crowd. Our Villa is perfect for those who want to enjoy nature as it is located in the midst of a scenic location but is not too far away from the city. Enjoy your vacay by sitting out in our perfectly manicured lawn, play some music and have your cup of 'chai' whilst listening to the beautiful chirping of birds. The space Our space is pet friendly. Your pets can run around and roll in the grass as our bungalow is gated elevating the safety of your furry companions. You can walk around inside the property and have access to the beautiful nature trails and the seasonal waterfall, all of which is just for the people staying inside the gated community. We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide - Inverter - AC, TV, - Iron, torch - Geyser - Mosquito repellent - Secured parking for up to 2 small cars Know a little more about the space BEDROOMS - There are 2 rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the first floor. - Both rooms have a bed and large windows ensuring that there is enough sunlight for you. - Each room has an AC and extra mattresses are available. - We have a huge balcony overlooking the lawn on the first floor. BATHROOMS - There are 2 bathrooms - both common. - Both bathrooms have geysers. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats 15 people. - It has a TV - There is a 1000 sq. ft. lawn, with a swing for the child in you. KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and a gas stove - Sufficient crockery and cutlery is available for 6 guests. - Guests have full access to the kitchen. Guest access - The guests have access to the entire villa as well as the lawn. The society has common areas that include a clubhouse and a pool, which are accessible to guests. - The gated community offers several activities such as nature trails, a casual stroll by the Gargai river, Nakshatra park and the Flower garden. - A play area for kids and a small but beautiful Ganpati temple. - Tractor service available to those who wish to the explore the nooks and cronies that the area has to offer. - Enjoy the sunset at lake Wada which is just a 20 minute walk from the Villa. - Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities. Other things to note FOOD - There is a cafeteria inside the community and the guests can order in advance veg or non-veg meal options à la carte. - Guests can also indulge in the local cuisine at nearby restaurants such as Sneh Garden ( 12 kms ), Kokan Kinara ( 15 kms) and Bar Amrai Garden Restaurant ( 12 kms ). There are also local food suppliers providing homely food. The contact details will be provided on booking. NEARBY PLACES TO SEE - Sajan Dam - Hanuman (Sunrise) Point from where you can view the nearby hills and the Jai Vilas Palace. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE While we do promise you a pleasant stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no surprises later! - The villa is a part of a gated society. - The stream nearby is seasonal and may run dry at certain times of the year. - Parking for 2 small cars is available within the property, while more cars can be parked outside. - Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here. - As the area is located in a village, there may be power cuts from time to time. - Drinking water to be carried by the guest. - There is no caretaker in the property. - Guest needs to wash the used utensils before check out and place the same in the designated place. - Garbage to be disposed off at the designated place - Guest to bring there own towels and toiletries - Guest to bring drinking water
