Sicilian tiles add charm, but the real luxury is just outside: a few steps and your feet are in the sand. And when the moon rises from the water, you’ll know—some places still feel like magic. The space This apartment has a simple, authentic charm—made of light, silence, and the sea. It’s located on the first floor and reached by an external staircase. As you step inside, you’re greeted by a bright, open space where the kitchen and living area blend into one, with the sea always in view. Two large windows open wide onto the water, offering a view that changes throughout the day—always different, always captivating. The brand-new masonry kitchen is decorated with colorful Sicilian tiles that add warmth and joy. It’s fully equipped for home-style cooking: induction hob, electric oven, fridge, kettle, and coffee maker. There are two bedrooms: one double, quiet and welcoming, and a smaller twin—ideal for children or friends. The bathroom, with a window overlooking the sea, features a comfortable shower, sink, and WC. At your disposal: TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the living area and bedroom ) ceiling fans (in the bedrooms), washing machine, drying rack, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, and a first aid kit. Included in the rate: bed linen for all beds, duvets and comforters, and bath towels for every guest. Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase. As you step inside, you’ll find yourself in the open-plan living area: kitchen and lounge flow together in a bright space, with large windows facing the sea. There are no private outdoor areas, but the beach is quite literally just a few steps from the door. Other things to note In accordance with Italian law, all guests are required to present a valid ID upon arrival. The information will be registered on the official police portal “Alloggiati Web”. Electricity consumption: The stay includes up to 10 kWh of electricity per day, which is generally more than enough for normal use of the home and appliances. To ensure transparent tracking, we kindly ask you to take a photo of the power meter at check-in and again at check-out. 📍 The meter is located inside the white electrical panel, to the right of the window next to the TV.
