Smoking is permitted outdoors only, no smoking in doors, there are designated smoking areas outside. For peace of mind, there are outdoor cameras, front of house, including a doorbell camera and additional cameras outside back. this listing is for a bedroom in a house, the room is available for long term stays. The space This Cozy Vegas Space features a room with a full-size bed. Guests will find a mini fridge, microwave, plates, cups, silverware, and towels in their room, provided for convenience. The common areas, including the kitchen and living room, The home is ideally located near I-95 hwy, just 6 miles from Fremont Street, 5 miles from boca park, 9 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, 8 miles from convention center, 2 miles from meadows mall, and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. Our goal is to offer guests a relaxing and positive stay. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas, including the kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room. Check-in is easy and convenient with a door code, and detailed instructions will be provided upon booking. Laundry is available for guest use. To ensure a peaceful experience and avoid scheduling conflicts, each room is assigned a designated laundry day. This simple system helps keep things organized and fair for everyone sharing the home, please stick to your scheduled laundry day, there is a clearly marked note on the laundry room door stating everyone's day, if it is not your day then you do not do laundry unless you have somewhere you need to go and a request is put in before hand, this allows things to run smoothly. This is not a party house; the goal is to provide a calm, respectful, and relaxing atmosphere for all guests. During your stay guests are welcome to text or call if they have any questions. I AM ALLERGIC TO SOME DOGS, and ALL CATS, (NO CATS ALLOWED) IF YOU ARE DESPERATELY SEEKING A PLACE WITH YOUR DOG, PLEASE JUST SEND BREED OF DOG SO I CAN LET YOU KNOW RIGHT AWAY IF IM ALLERGIC... This will eliminate a lot of back and forth that seems to be happening a lot, PLEASE READ! please no pets in the shared living spaces or on furniture as not all guests may be comfortable with your pet, when going out to walk your pet, either carry pet or put pet on a leash to walk through the house. and large personal items such as furniture, crates ect. should NOT be brought into the house. Absolutely No smoking is allowed inside the house! The host is on property and there is one other bedroom which will be rented out to other guests. the bathroom will be shared with one or two (max) other people depending on whether the other room is rented at the time of your booking. keeping the common areas clean is extremely important, guests are to please maintain a clean environment for the other people in the house. PLEASE NOTE! If you are NOT able to live with other people then please Do Not Book, this is a house that is shared, if you have a problem with another guest, please speak to the host, PLEASE DO NOT go and take matters into your own hands as this causes conflict and i DO NOT ALLOW ARGUING AND MISTREATMENT of others in my home, if you do not like sharing, or other peoples quirks (as everyone is different) then this is NOT the place for you... there is a weekly cleaning done by host one time per week to all common areas, it is up to the guests to help maintain cleanliness of the home. please DO NOT!! do address change to this airbnb, your mail will be returned to the post office as this is not a permanent residence for you, there is a UPS store in the smiths complex 0.4 miles (less then a mile) down the street they offer mail boxes you can rent, as well as Smiths offer mail boxes.
