We are very flexible and can be available as much or as little as you would like. You will have access to the home without having to contact us, but we are available to greet you and give some tips and a brief tour if you would like. We are also available via text/call 24/7. Our property is located in Southern Indiana. The closest town to us is New Albany, and it is full of great boutiques, shops, & restaurants. The area offers wine tastings and distillery tours, a farmers' market, golfing, a nature preserve with outdoor trails, and a number of restaurants and bars. Downtown Louisville is only 15 minutes away! Car required. Free parking. Uber & Lyft are also available. We have 2 dogs that live with us on the upper level of the house. They are a big & little pair and are very well-mannered. Our big girl Gracie can be a tad clumsy (hence the name) and you may hear her walking around on the hardwood floors upstairs occasionally. We try to keep the noise to a minimum, but a pup will be a pup! We are located in Southern Indiana & just miles from Louisville, KY. We are near the Sherman Minton bridge, which does not require a toll if you do decide to travel to the Bluegrass state. Distillery tours and wine tastings - need I say more? - New Albany Farmer’s Market - 14 mins - Open every Saturday, even in the winter. - Valley View Golf Course - 6 mins - 6900 yard, 18 hole, par 72 course. - Churchill Downs - 25 mins - Thoroughbred racetrack most famous for annually hosting the Kentucky Derby. - Kentucky Science Center - 18 mins - Great for the kiddos! - Mount St. Francis - 8 mins - Beautiful nature preserve with walking trails & lake.
