Double Room Overlooking Garden in Camden

Usually ladies only! Occasionally guys- security dependent. Double room with high ceilings in a spacious flat with a private garden, located near Camden Market and Hampstead Heath - areas in which it's hard to find hotels. It has amazing transport links. Near Chalk Farm tube (10-15 min walk). 24 bus (24 hours to West End) 1 min walk. Royal Free Hospital. 46 bus 1 min walk. To Kings Cross Rail Station and Holborn Circus. Also to Hampstead village and onto Paddington Rail station. The space My flat is a maisonette located in a period property. The flat has oak floors laid throughout and a no-shoe policy. There is fast internet and for the best connection you have an ethernet wired cable connection in your room. The double room available has high ceilings, a large bay window, period shutters and overlooks the private garden. There is a double bed, a desk and chair, and massive ethernet-connected smart TV, which you can load your Netflix and Amazon onto. Very comfortable arm chair. Chest of drawers. Clothes rail. The room is quiet, as there is no road noise, but there is some of the usual overhead noise, as it is a ground floor flat. The kitchen is eat-in and has a table and chairs. It is a kitchen set up for proper cooking, so you can eat healthily here! A blender and juicer are provided. (No microwave!) Nespresso machine. There is also a Berkey water filter. Also a washer/ dryer machine and a clothes line in the garden. Non-toxic cleaning products are mostly used, such as Method, and the flat is painted in non-toxic paint (which does mean more marks!). There are traditional saucepans etc available, but also non-stick too, as many of you want these! The bathroom has a shower/bath. There is a chlorine filter on the shower. The lavatory is in a separate room beside the bathroom. For added hygiene, there is a hot and cold shattaf (Middle Eastern bidet spray). Out in the large, private garden there is a paved area with a table and chairs. Also a sun-lounger. The grass area also has a mini-trampoline and some hula-hoops; a bar-bell and free weights are available. There is also a BBQ and fire pit. The flat has a burglar alarm for added security (we have never been burgled!). Regular cleaning is provided Please note that there is a small pug on site. She is not allowed in your room, but loves to meet guests! For those interested in yoga, there is a hot yoga Fierce Grace studio in Primrose Hill (about 15 min walk). In Camden, about 15 minutes walk away, there is TriYoga Camden, the largest yoga studio in Europe. Nearby Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill provide amazing walks. There is wild swimming available on Hampstead Heath in the Mens, Ladies and Mixed ponds and there's also a lido. Kentish Town Sports Centre, about 10 minutes walk away, has an indoor pool and large gym. There is a new PureGym in Kentish Town. Camden Regent's Canel is also excellent for walks, and you will pass by London zoo! Guest access Your room is accessed only by you and the cleaner. Apart from my room, we share the rest of the flat. The garden is private and only used by us. During your stay I should usually be able to meet you and let you in, but if not a friend might do. You can also message me re queries. It is a friendly place, but we have our own space. I have a small pug who lives with me. She's a sweetie and loves guests, but is not allowed in your room! Other things to note I am careful about security, so once you book I require you to send a copy of your passport to confirm the booking. This keeps everyone safe! Please note no overnight guests are allowed.
