Gites de Chaignepain - Le Noyer - 4-bed gite

Le Noyer - 4 bedroom gite (all en-suite) with a private patio area and gas BBQ. There is a well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, range cooker and american fridge freezer and a large lounge with exposed stone walls and log burner. Upstairs is a double bedroom and 3 bedrooms which can be configured as super-king or twin upon request. Full of rustic character and recently refreshed and furnished with luxury in mind. Access to shared 10x5m pool and communal games/leisure facilities. The space Our beautiful gîtes are converted from ancient goat houses dating back to 1803. They are full of rustic charm while providing every comfort you would wish for in a home away from home. There are a total of 5 gites on site which share the pool and facilities. Each gite has a private terrace. We will consider small group bookings of several gites with either sole use of the facilities or shared with others. Le Noyer has access to our 1 bed gite (Le Figuer) which sleeps 2/3 if you wanted to book the two together. There is a fantastic heated, fully tiled, safety fenced and alarmed swimming pool 10 x 5 metres with plenty of sun loungers, parasols and inflatables. The shared secure fenced garden contains children’s swings and a slide, a wendy house, swingball, outdoor table tennis and there is also a games room with air hockey & table football as well as bookshelves with books, board games and DVDs. We have lots of bikes including child sizes & safety helmets. Each gite has a fitted kitchen, fully stocked with all crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. There is a kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and full normal size oven and hob. Each gite has satellite TV so you can watch all the normal UK channels or if you prefer you can watch French TV. DVD Players are provided and WIFI is available so you can keep up with your emails if you wish – please note the signal is poor in this area and will not be strong enough to stream films/video clips etc. Each gite has its own lounge and dining area inside as well as an outdoor dining terrace with patio furniture and BBQ. All bedrooms have chests of drawers and hanging rails, all bedding & towels are provided free of charge including pool towels. Cots, highchairs and safety gates are available on request. Unfortunately we are not able to accept pets unless by prior arrangement and only in low season October –April. In high season booking are from Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum of a week. We are only able to accept bookings which are a multiple of a week (7, 14, 21 days) in high season. We offer hugely discounted rates in the low season for bookings of 30 days or longer. We have a communal laundry room with washing machines and ironing equipment and a communal bathroom with a bath which is useful for the young ones. We include a welcome pack with the basics and offer a communal fridge and freezer with some extra supplies on an honesty box basis. If you require a bigger shop prior to your arrival this can be arranged upon request.
