Studio Apt. in Historic Neighborhood

My place is within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants in Paseo Arts District and Uptown. Just 2.5 north of Midtown and downtown OKC, & 3 miles to Paycom Center (Thunder Team). Very quiet residential neighborhood and a great location. Great for business travelers, couples and solo adventurers. This is a vintage building "1927" with original hardwood floors, built-ins and an extra long tub. The building has creaks and groans and you will hear some neighbors movement. Size 450 SF The space Very cozy studio, decorated in modern motif with an eclectic array of artwork on the walls. Majority of artwork from artist who show at the Oklahoma City Arts Festival in April. Full kitchenette (which means a smaller stove with full size fridge), dining area and main room with queen bed, seating area, and entertainment center. WiFi throughout the apartment. Full kitchen (i.e. 24" stove with oven, full size refrigerator, and microwave) stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils to make your stay more like home if that is what you desire. A Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods and tea all provided for your enjoyment. There is a midsize microwave if heating up is all you want to do, a gas 24" range and full size fridge. The dining area with 2 stools and pub table make this a great place to work or eat. The main room offers a queen bed, flat screen Roku TV, sound bar and seating area. The Roku TV is loaded with 80+ channels and Netflix, you can connect your blue tooth devise to sound bar to listen to your own tunes. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor and there is an exterior entrance right next to the driveway. There is a #2 above the door and a Touch Screen Schlage Lock that has a personal code set for each guest a few days before they arrive. Parking is available in the back of the building, there are 8 spots and you can take any space or in the street directly in front of the building. There is one spot per apartment. There is a security camera on the back of the building that covers the parking area. You will receive your personal code a few days before you arrive. The lock is set to re-lock after 30 seconds, if you enter the wrong code 4 times it will sound an alarm. Other things to note Limited to 2 Guest and there is a $50 cleaning fee A $250 deposit that is held on credit card in case of any damage. There is a washer and dryer available in the basement it is coin operated $1.50 each for a wash and a dry. Laundry soap under the kitchen sink.
