To help keep it clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple rules: Use at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty. Children under 15 must be supervised at all times. Always put the cover back on when you're done using the pool. The chlorine float must stay in the pool with the grate closed—this keeps the water clean. → If the float is removed or the cover left off, a guest charge may apply for cleaning. The filter runs automatically at night. It’s normal for it to be quiet during the day. A net is provided for you to skim any leaves or debris—thank you! Please keep the yard gate closed and locked at all times. Let us know right away if you notice anything unusual (like damage or low water level). Thanks for helping us keep the pool clean and safe—and enjoy your swim! **Bedrooms** - 1 master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom - The second bedroom has a queen bed. You walk through this 2nd bedroom to access the master suite. - 3rd BR is a small independent bedroom with a full bed **Bathrooms** - 2 full bathrooms with shower/tub combos **Living Areas & Features** - Original wood floors throughout - Full of historic charm and natural light **Outdoor Spaces** - Front porch with a view of the park - Grassy backyard with picnic table, string lights, a blood orange tree and a ruby red grapefruit tree - Shared porch and yard with the other half of the duplex **Neighborhood Perks** - Watch or join bocce ball, softball, basketball or soccer across the street - Located in a vibrant, walkable area with lots to explore nearby **House Rules** - Quiet hours after 10pm - No parties, please :) Guest access There is keyless entry with a code, so check in is super easy. I will be able to help with suggestions and any issues that should arise. I live on the other side of the double house but I'm usually traveling or out and about.
