Our beach house offers modern spacious open plan living. The first floor has north and south facing balconies with bbq facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with Aldi Coffee Machine (bring your Aldi coffee pods), large living and dinning areas, master bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with large shower and bath, a/c, Wood Heater, Flat Screen tv, iPod Docking Station and dvd player. The Ground level offers another living area for the kids, xbox and Wii consoles, and Flat Screen tv. Also a second bedroom with a queens size bed, a third bedroom with a double size bunk bed and a trundle single mattress is available, a fourth bedroom with a king single bunk bed and a king single bed, and another bathroom with a large shower. Access to the laundry and double lockup garage with Table Tennis and Surfboard Storage Racks. Close by attractions 2 minute walk to the beautiful patrolled Smiths Beachgreat for surfing, boogey boarding, swimming, and fishing. 1 minute walk to the General Store and Island Surf Shop/Surf School. 3 kms from the Grand Prix Race Track and Go-Karting, 10 minute drive to the famous Penguin Parade , and a 5 minute drive into Cowes for restaurants, cafes, and a fabulous 18 hole golf course. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date.
