At the gates of the island of Usedom (approx. 20 minutes), Rittergut Bömitz offers you a Scandinavian-style apartment with a relaxing opportunity away from the urban hustle and bustle - an oasis of deceleration. The apartment (about 80 sqm) for max. 4 people is located on the 2nd floor of a former stable building with farmhouse charm on the 3-hectare estate ensemble, which is under monument and nature conservation, with the over 400-year-old estate signs. The space The apartment offers a view of the park, the historic bell tower, the herb garden and the meadow orchards with a stream in front. From the bedrooms you have a view of the rose roundabout. The property is equipped with 2 bedrooms (beds can be separated or put together as needed), a living room and a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 shower bathrooms. Directly at the house overlooking the park there are also outdoor seating options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the approx. 3 hectare park itself there are corresponding oases of peace, a tea house, outdoor chess and a sandbox. Badminton, boccia and other sporting activities but also grazing sheep, chickens, sometimes horses and of course the 5 estate cats complete the offer. Mineral water is ready for you upon arrival. You can also purchase other drinks on the estate. However, there is no farm shop. The small village of Bömitz is located in the triangle of the island of Usedom – Wolgast – Anklam and approx. 30 minutes from the Hanseatic city of Greifswald. The nearest Baltic beach is about 25 minutes away by car. A crib can be provided for an extra charge. Parking is available on the premises. Guest access In the house itself there is a room with a washing machine and drying facilities. Suitcases and other items can also be stored here during the stay. Other things to note Important: For bed linen and towels, a one-time usage fee of €10.00 per person will be charged, which must be paid upon arrival at the manor. In addition, a one-time fee of €50 applies for final cleaning. This fee is already included in the price when booking.
