Small House on the beach

In the beautifull park-like garden with flowers, ornamental shrubs and palms is located our small house with 1 living room with kitchen and 2 terraces , in the second floor you find 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a small balcony. TV: English, German, Russian Channels.On the private beach you have free 2 sunbeds and 1 beach umbrella as well the possibility to take a shower in the closed shower cabin. The space Closeness to the beach as well to the restaurants and shopping. Guest access You can use the sunbeds and beach umbrellas on the lawn,which belongs to the residential complex and can be used only by our Guests. Other things to note Upon arrival ,you must pay a deposit 150€. ,from which will be charged water consumption (1,10€/m³) and power consumption ( 0,29€/kWh). In case of damage to the furniture or appliances, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.
