Our house is 2.5 storey building. First floor is on rent. 2nd and 3rd floor, we are using now. Two seperate rooms are vacant now. Our house is in very quite residential area. You have a local bus access to Kathmandu main city. Patan durbar square is only 30 minutes on foot. Bhaktapur durbar square is only 25 minutes by bus. Our neighbours are good and friendly. You can speak to anyone because they enjoy speaking to new people.
