The Lake House sits on a relatively flat lot that is completely fenced in. It features a gazebo by the water with a porch swing. There is a sunning patio with lounge chairs and a concrete table by the dock. There is a concrete entrance into the water that is shallow and great for children to play in. Children will also love the ninja warrior course line in the trees. The wooded area has a firepit with chairs, a picnic table and a hammock. The Lake House has a very large screened in porch with ceiling fans, dining table, grill, full size ping pong table, and arcade sized air hockey table. The inside features an open floor plan with a large island and lots of tables. There is all new flooring throughout the house. Wireless internet, a flat screen tv with Roku for streaming, and a reclining sofa. The three bedrooms can sleep 7 privately. In addition there is a futon that makes a full size bed, and a queen air mattress available. Linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is stocked with everything you should need except the food. A large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, water cooler, washer and drier. The property is handicap accessible with a mostly flat lot and ramp into the house. However, the dock, back porch and bathrooms are not accessible to a wheelchair.
