Farm stay in Fredonia

Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Be in the country yet just 5 minutes from 4 local wineries and 10 minutes from dining/shopping. We have kept the farm house feel with plenty of room for a family or friends gathering. We hope you will visit our cozy country farm house location with 4 season fun, see our photos. The space 1st floor living, the 2nd floor is unoccupied and locked off to guests, remodeled kitchen, bath, new appliances, and queen bed. 4 season home has gas appliances and heat, AC units in the main bedroom and living room. Mud room makes it easy to shed and store boots and jackets Guest access You will have access to all 1st floor areas the 2nd floor is unoccupied and locked off to guests: Outdoor patio, bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and laundry. Other things to note There is ample outdoor parking if you tow a boat, or trailer for your toys. There is some work being done on our barn.
