The Nest near Old Town & Breweries

Killer location! Cozy tiny house is very clean and is located in Fort Collins' funkiest little neighborhood, Buckingham. Just a few blocks to breweries (Odell's- 0.2 mile walk, New Belgium- 0.3 mile!), and a short walk (0.6 mile) to all the restaurants and shops Old Town has to offer. Comes with 2 cruiser bikes! We don’t allow dogs due to other guests’ potential allergies with the one exception being guests who are bringing their dogs to CSU vet. Organic coffee and an assortment of teas provided The space Although The Nest is TINY, a lot of thought went into the layout and it is very clean. Perfect for the single person or couple. The Nest has a private, fenced in courtyard with a fountain, seating area and gas grill. Inside there is one swivel chair and a comfy queen sized bed with two reading lamps, smart tv, a noise machine, and a Marshall bluetooth speaker. Kitchen contains fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, all the cooking essentials, coffee & tea, etc. and two barstools to eat at the counter. Bathroom has a shower/tub and is fully equipped with extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Off-street parking for one car is provided. There are two cruiser bikes as well. Professionally cleaned top to bottom after each guest so you can rest assured it will be ready for you. Please note- no deliveries can be made to the property. The only access is via the alley and delivery services will not deliver there. If something is shipped it will arrive at the main house and be refused/returned. Guest access You'll have access to entire home. Other things to note The parking spot is rather tight. Compact vehicles recommended. Regular size vehicles will fit snugly. A full size truck will stick out into the alley a tad but the alley is hardly ever used and other vehicles can still get by. We highly recommend traveller's insurance. Please understand that getting Covid does not automatically qualify you for a refund if you need to cancel. We will do our best to get it rebooked and get you your money back minus Airbnb fees but can't make any promises. Unfortunately, no packages can be delivered.
