Large family home has it all! We have WiFi for all guests to access- no more expensive internet bills on your holidays! BYO fitted/flat sheets and pillow slips unless otherwise arranged - $25 per bed includes bed linen and bath towels - payable to owner directly. Centrally positioned, quiet court location with easy 200m stroll to safe beach and 500m walk to 'the main drag' in town. Coles supermarket located on Church Street about 5-10 minutes walk from the house. Our house has 5 bedrooms, 2 lounge rooms, open plan dining & well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Outside is a sensational large, covered outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and sun lounges. It is fully fenced for peace of mind for your children or pet. Large spa/plunge pool - gas heated for your enjoyment (30 degrees) during the summer months - November to March (can be heated at other times of the year at the cost of the gas- varies with length of stay and directly payable to owner) Perfect temperature for cooling off in the summer Two separate living areas - one with wood heater for those winter days, together with TV, DVD player Second lounge room has split system heating/cooling, TV, DVD player Two bathrooms - newly renovated main bathroom with bath and shower, ensuite bathroom: shower and handrail Two toilets Billiard/Games room with pool table, table tennis table, dart board and exercise equipment off outdoor area. Plenty of board games and books. This house can accommodate 2 families, or any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 12 people plus cot. Couches galore and large dining table with seating for 10.
