The large pool patio windows offer beautiful pool views from all places of the living room and open wide to join the interior with exterior patio and garden area. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa set, wide screen Tv, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite Tv with English, Russian and European channels, Nespresso coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances. The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite shower and distant sea views, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two large single beds as well a third bathroom. Even though at basement levels both of these bedrooms have large patio doors that offer direct light and ventilation. Olivine Pearl 16 offers a basement level with two additional bedrooms each with a double bed and the frouth bathroom. Access to this level is possible both from the interior as well as from the exterior of the house. Protaras Villa Olivine Pearl offers a large private pool that offers the option to be heated which is strongly recomended between November to March. The pool patio area is fully equipped with a comfortable sofa set, outside dinning table, excellent Bbq set and elegant lighting for the night. This child friendly villa is fully air-conditioned villa offers stair gates for child safety and is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic break. This property is suited for families. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Protaras Villa Olivine Pearl is located in one of the best areas of Protaras just 300meters from Central Protaras Strip and 500 meters from Sunrise Beach while Fig Tree Bay is a comfortable 15 minute walk along the beach. Within a 1 km radius you will find a clinic, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beaches and much more. Protaras offers numerous beaches, good nightlife and is the ideal holiday destination especially for families with children. There are many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa. There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The water park, the biggest in the Middle East, can be found just outside of Ayia Napa and is only 14km away. The aquarium is a 5-min drive. Within 3 minutes’ drive you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach. Konnos Bay is a 8 minutes'drive in the oposite direction. The coastal walkway linking Protaras Centre with Pernera is beautiful and flat making it easily accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants and cafes where you can stop for breakfast, coffee or dinner.
