This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden. The space Cottage is a studio apartment, living area with full size bed, a couch, small desk, Kitchen and Bathroom tub/shower. A full size TV with cable. There is internet available at the cottage. Kitchen has most everything you need to cook, and if you need something just ask me. Guest access The pool area has a dinning table and chairs , umbrella and two lounges. The pool is not heated and is nice for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather. Access to the cottage , there are 3 steps at the sidewalk, 2 steps on the path, and 4 steps at the cottage porch. Also, the last 20 feet is a gravel path. It's hard to roll a suitcase on the gravel. Other things to note I prefer guests to park on the street if space is available , if not you may park in my driveway. At night street parking can be an issue. I am retired and generally am not leaving in the morning , but at times I do and will coordinate with you about my schedule. Registration details HSR22-000862
