Peter, 28/1/21 Luxury Grove - you’ll be in the lap of luxury at this exceptional cliff-top, split-level, holiday home with stunning views of the Barwon River estuary and surrounds and located very close to the main ocean beach. Luxury Grove will provide you with the consummate holiday experience with its proximity and ease of access to the beach, shops, restaurants and the Barwon River estuary for boating, fishing and surfing. Its spacious and modern design is sure to please. This could be the best holiday location in Ocean Grove. It’s a short drive to the historic town of Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards, the Bellarine coastal drive, Ocean Grove Pool complex and the marvellous Geelong Adventure Park - great for the kids and loads of fun. Just a one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A great location to enjoy exploring the Bellarine Peninsula and all its treasures. Luxury Grove is a very comfortable holiday home and has 3 bedrooms, main with a queen bed, 2nd with a queen bed and 3rd. with 2 sets of double bunks and accommodates 8 people. There’s also a couch-bed. The spacious lounge-dining area includes a flat-screen TV, comfortable couches and split-system air conditioning for year round comfort. An ultra modern kitchen is available if you like to cook dinner and includes and island bench with breakfast chairs, microwave oven, dishwasher, gas stove and cook-top plus plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Outdoors there’s the deck with fabulous views plus tables and chairs for 8 people and a BBQ. The laundry has a washing machine and a dryer. Garage is not accessible however you can park in the driveway and street for free. Guest Access: Whole house The Neighborhood: Ocean Grove is close to the surf beach, has a village with shops and restaurants and hotel. It's an ideal holiday destination.
