For those who do not vacate the room after 30 minutes past the check-out time, an extension fee of 1,000 yen will be charged every 10 minutes. Please ensure you check out by the designated time. If you leave the room more than 30 minutes past check-out, an additional fee of ¥2,200 will be charged for every 30-minute interval. ▼Loss or Damage to Keys or Property: In the event of lost or damaged keys or significant damage to room furnishings, the actual cost of repair or replacement will be charged. (The reissue fee for a lost key is ¥9,000.) We kindly ask that you treat all items with care. ▼Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, including electronic cigarettes. If any signs of smoking or lingering odors are detected, a deodorizing and cleaning fee of ¥50,000 will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please do not smoke or loiter near the entrance. Also, do not discard cigarette butts on the premises. ▼For your safety, please handle fire with extreme caution. In the event of an accident or fire caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior, compensation may be required based on actual damages. If such a violation is found, you will be charged double the accommodation fee. ▼The following actions will incur a penalty fee.
