The fl. has 2 bedrooms, bath & small kitchen. EACH BEDROOM LISTED separately on airbnb (Rm# 1 & Rm # 2) - also listed together as entire Guest Suite (go my 'Profile to see these listings). If there are Airbnb guests in ea. bedroom, the kitchen & bath are shared. Kitchen; frig, countertop oven, microwave, 2 burner ceramic cooktop, sink, coffee maker, cooking pans & utensils, dishes. Each bdrm has desk/workspace. High-Speed Wifi. << NOTE: We are doing some upgrades, i.e. new kitchen cupboards, painting, replacing doors, etc., so there probably will be MINOR evidence of some type of 'work in progress' (an unpainted door or door trim removed, tiling etc). Nothing that inconveniences guests &our prices are low. The home itself is warm, inviting, comfortable. Guests welcome to come/go as they please-Keyless entry. Pets welcome, there’s a sm pet fee-see ‘House Rules’. Dogs can be walked nearby. Walking/biking trail 3 blocks away.. Guests are able to come/go as & when they please-2nd fl. stairway is a few feet from the entry/front door of home. Pets are welcome. Dogs can be walked nearby. Guests have access to 2nd floor; their bedroom/s, kitchenette & bath. Guests are welcome to use seating in both front and backyard. There are 2 bedrooms & 1 bath on the main floor that are private/belong to the owners' - these are not accessible to guests & are clearly sectioned off from the rest of the home. Very limited, if any interactions - certainly will, when possible, if requested by guest. Owners accessible via texts. Guest suite is entire 2nd floor/used only by Airbnb guests. Owner’s living space is on different floor/clearly separated. Owners use back door/rear parking- guests use front door/parking. Centrally located-pretty much a 10 minute drive to anything on the edge of town while major destinations-downtown, hospital, grocery stores are abt 5 min. away & one can walk to the the downtown area -it's about 6 blocks . An older, primarily blue-collar working neighborhood. There are some older vehicles/trucks in the neighborhood, some neighbors have as many weeds as they do lawn & some houses in need of exterior maintenance - but it is a safe, neighborhood, conveniently located to highways and destinations & our listing is low priced for the amenities we have. The neighborhood houses date from 30s to 50s. We are within walking/biking distance from downtown, a bike path nearby, the North Platte River & 20 min. from Casper Mountain. One can find a walking/biking path or be on various highways within 5 min. Hospital is 5 min away. Grocery stores are also abt 5Min distance. Convenience store & city bus stop also within walking distance. Lots of parking at home. As mentioned - centrally located; 5 minute bike ride to downtown, 5 min. from I25 entrance/exit (at Poplar Street) and 5 min. from WY highway 220, 26 or 257 connections and 30 min. from a local ski area/hiking or nearby camping. Bike trails nearby to either downtown, a trail around the city golf course, or to the North Platte River. There is a Casper City Bus Stop 2 blocks south of our home. ---This is an older home -1940s- We are doing some remodeling & landscaping - nothing serious, but painting, replacing doors, door trim, new flower beds, driveway graveling etc., so there probably will be evidence of some type of 'work in progress'. ----We have 4 cats, who are allowed in/out of the house, except in the evening (6pm and later). * Long term (over 4 days) Pet fees billed weekly after reservation confirmation; $7 week per pet/ $25/month 1 pet, $40 month multiple pets. *---Steps - there are 4 steps at the main entry of the house & the AIRBNB suite is on the 2nd floor - 13 steps. --- * There is video security at the house; both front & back door/yards & all rooms on the 1st floor.
