The unit is set on a private 2 acre lot in a nice residential neighborhood. It is the only building on this property so you feel almost as if you are living in a single family home. There is shopping near by and easy access to the Atlanta Airport and downtown Atlanta, Pinewood Studios, golf cart paths, golf courses, tennis courts and much more. If you do not have a vehicle taxis and Uber are available. Guests are required to execute a standard rental agreement prior to final booking approval. Cleaning fees and Security deposits can vary respective to length of stay. Stays greater than 28 days require housekeeping at least once during each 28 days at an additional cost of $75 per cleaning. An additional $350 refundable damage deposit for long term guests is due upon checking in payable via check or cash. This is a non-smoking pet free property.
