It is an IBIZA styled apartment that is part of a label and concept consisting of multiple studio, restaurant, bar etc. The idea is that we want to give customers the full service they deserve and wish. The name of this studio is: I Bucanieri All studios have the same look and feel and this is the next one just being finished (actually it is a soft opening as some smal details still have to be finalized and for that reason we give away a 20% discount!). High quality equipment, fancy and well designed furniture and all you need to have a perfect stay at our locations which are located at the best spots in the beautiful old city! All studios are located on the ground floor and have: -minimum from 4-8 sleeping places (good professional hotel mattresses) This apartment has 4 beds and we can host 8 persons! - linen and towels are included - WIFI (in this apartment this is not realized yet) - Heating via infrastructure red technology and / or air condition - SMART TV - kitchen (not possible to cook!) - fridge - hot water boiler - towels - as an option and against extra pay a daily cleaning services can be arranged as well as a laundry service (in some studios there is a laundry in the studio) This apartment I Bucanieri is located at a corner of the building so it has nice light effects. Conditions: - deposit or 350 needs to be paid upfront and via bank transfer. No check in is possible without a bank transfer or deposit. - check in in the afternoon as of 5.00 p.m. - check out in the morning before 10.00 - minimum stay is 2 days - compulsory cleaning fee applies of 97,- - no smoking / no drugs - extra costs for towels and linen -17 per person per stay - weekend is an extra charge - no pets allowed
