This charming property is lake front with a small 50ft beach area and dock. Use of 2018 Sylvan pontoon boat, canoe, and kayak are included. You will love the lake life. Please note the pontoon boat is only available in season from May 1st to October 1st. The space Experience the rustic charm. The cottage has original pine flooring and an exposed ceilings in the living room. It is located on Flint Lake. Definitely a fisherman’s dream. You can find pike that average 7lbs, catfish, bass , and more. Take the boat out, go canoeing, swim in the lake, or just catch some rays. So many nearby attractions. Long lake and spectacle lake are also just around the corner. Rent a paddle boat and explore Loomis lake at Rogers Lakewood Park. The stunning calumet bike trail is a 10 minute drive. Sunset hill farms and coffee creek park offer hiking trails. The beautiful scenery, hiking trails, and views at the Indiana Dunes lakeshore is only a 15 minute drive. The Indiana Dunes are often noted as one of the most beautiful places to see in the country. Hop on the South Shore and arrive in Chicago in an hour. The train station is only a fifteen minute drive away! Spend a day in the big city without having to drive and find parking. It’s so easy and convenient. The train lets you off right downtown in the center of the best shopping and dining in the country. Explore the enchanting city of Valparaiso.
