One sunny, spacious ground floor bedroom with lagoon view and private bathroom in a condo complex with Mediterranean ambiance. Guest share entire apartment with hosts only. Three second walk from quaint patio to the palm-lined lagoon and 7 minutes walk to the SF Bay front bike path. Access to pool (spring/summer only) , jacuzzi, sauna, bicycles, kayak. Shard entrance. The space Guest's bedroom is about 10' x 10'. Relaxing views of lagoon from bedroom and all other rooms. The wood floored bedroom is tastefully furnished with a wrought-iron full-size bed, an art-deco wood desk, an antique chest-of-drawer, and a closet. • Guest's marble bathroom offers deep-soaking bath tub. base board electric heater, portable electric fan, clean sheets and towels, soap, shampoo, bath salt and hair dryer provided. No air-condition as Foster City is cooled by the Bay breeze almost year-round. During your stay We are friendly, accessible, courteous and attentive hosts. We will help you with tips and suggestions to local destination, and will provide answers and conveniences. However, we are both busy professionals working from home with demanding schedules. We will not be able to provide ample time to socialize leisurely with guests. Other things to note 1) Parking: You may park in the open parking area anywhere at no cost. 2) To find our unit: Park as close as possible to building# 920 ,which is displayed on the building. Then walk straight through the lanscaped walkway to our building The apartment number (39), is displayed on our kitchen window and at the wooden patio door. We suggest calling us when you arrive at the parking lot. 3) Shared living ambiance: We are proud to present you with a very clean and uncluttered apartment, and as much privacy as we can provide. However, as we also live here, the apartment will not be spec-clean all the time. 4) Kitchen: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and refrigerator, but for light food preparation only. Our apartment is built in 1969, and our kitchen design reflects its date. If you are expecting a shiny granite counter top, equipped with all the latest amenities, this is not the kithen for you. (We have plan to re-model our kitchen, and will delete this explanation after that).
