This well maintained, three bedroomed Initial home is an immaculate seaside rental. The section is fully fenced and the large flat lawn areas are well used for games. Taylor s Bay beach is a mere 50m walk away; a very safe beach for children and excellent for kayaks and beach fishing. With large living areas opening onto a super sized deck, it is perfect for lazing in the sun and watching sunsets in the evenings. A well equipped kitchen with excellent appliances, plus extra fridge and extra freezer. Also a BBQ on the deck to cook your catch! There is an excellent library of books, videos, DVDs and games if you need entertaining. No TV but there is unlimited WIFI and mobile phone reception is reliable in most places around the peninsula. The three bedrooms are well appointed; 2 queen rooms and a bunkroom with 1 single bed and 1 set of bunks. A double sofa bed is available in the lounge if necessary. All duvets,pillows and extra blankets supplied. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The house gets all day sun, but if the weather turns cool there are two efficient wall panel heaters to warm the house. Please note that a minimum of 3 nights stay is required when booking.
