The rear hallway has a door opening to the garden with a footpath down to the water’s edge. A second cosy sitting room has two sofas and large, flat screen TV and DVD player, and lovely views out over the sea. The washing machine is house in a cupboard in the front hall. There is a ground floor twin bedroom and shower room with large shower cubicle, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.Upstairs there is the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room with shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.There is a further twin room upstairs and a family bathroom with large bath and hand held shower attachment, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Notes: The nature of the location of this property means that there are areas of cliff face and of course, the sea within close proximity to the cottage and guests with young children need to be mindful of this. Note: Not suitable for those who have allergies to pets. Notes: Due to the proximity of the lighthouse if there is sea fog they will sound the electric fog signal. These occasions are rare and the Owner has provided earplugs for such occasions Note: The charging of EV Vehicles through the property is not permitted
