Relaxing and comfortable, the house will welcome you in a large living room with a marble fireplace, a sort of large open space with period furniture, wooden floors and exposed beams where you can comfortably sit down on two large sofas in red fabric. In the same space there is also a comfortable dining room, with 10 seats, a study corner, reading corners and a rich library with refined volumes in different languages. The two-floor house also has a super-equipped kitchen with dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, grill, coffee machine, hob. You will also find a garage, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and covered parking. Three of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor while the fourth is on the first floor. All of them have an en suite bathroom; furthermore there is another bathroom.
