At the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyard, the Logis de la Contrèche has 3 bedrooms and 3 lodgings available for rental. In a wooded and shaded park you can relax with the mini golf or around a barbecue. Inside this 250 m2 gite, you will find 4 bedrooms (including 2 on the ground floor), a fitted kitchen and a large 70m2 living room opening onto an interior terrace. This cottage is being renovated and will be available from June 2019. In autumn 2019, accessibility works will be carried out to accommodate people with disabilities.
