We have 3 split system air conditioners and heating in lounge room and both bedrooms along with ceiling fans. NB:All air conditioners have re-set timers on them for safety due to overheating. Guests must close all windows and doors or the air cons will not run to full capacity and can overheat. Walk along the Esplanade and enjoy the buzz with boutiques, cafes and restaurants or better yet, have a swim in the ocean directly opposite the apartment or the pool, or why not grab the rods and go fishing along the beachfront and PIER. Enjoy riding along the bike path running the length of the Esplanade opposite all the beaches. The coastline has a wonderful walking and bike track all the way along the foreshore which is over 18 km long. We have a security camera outside the front door of the apartment pointing to the stairs. There are no cameras inside the property. We also offer sweet savoury and Gourmet Hampers to be awaiting your arrival and many take-away menus if cooking is not on the menu! ..Seafood platters, Antipasto platters, Wine fruit and Cheese Hampers and Wine can be organised for your arrival.
