Close to the best golf courses and skiiing/snowboarding in the Winter! Rental Details: * Primary Renter: Must be at least 28 years old, * Prime Season (July & August): Prefer long-term rentals over weekends * Damage Policy: Any damage will be deducted from the deposit; renters are responsible for additional costs * Requirements: As we have a minimum age required for the primary renter, a valid photo ID is required to book. We also require agreement to all property rules as part of booking. Thank you for considering our property! Guest access Key required - we will arrange for a key to be available. If you’re in Calgary, we can meet or will have our house manager meet you upon arrival. Other things to note Absolutely no parties allowed. As this is our family home - we have many neighbours that keep an eye out and we have a house manager that will stop by if we are getting complaints.
