Essential Essential Starter Supplies To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essential items upon arrival. These are intended to cover your first night and initial needs. Starter items include: * Three trash bags * One roll of toilet paper per bathroom * Paper towels * Dish soap * Hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and soap Please note that additional supplies will be needed for the remainder of your stay, and we recommend bringing or purchasing any personal items according to your preferences. WE DON’T PROVIDE SALT OR PEPPER Extra services The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $70 (for up to five nights). Please note that the heater warms both the pool and the jacuzzi simultaneously. The water may take up to 24 hours to heat completely, so we recommend arranging and paying for this service in advance. And if your property has a grill, please note that it has a $29.95 fee. Want to check in early or have a late checkout? Let us know one days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pet friendly Most of our homes, including this one, are pet-friendly, and we do not charge any fees for bringing your pets along. However, we kindly request that pets not climb on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied to your card on file for any violations of this rule.
