Brand new, beautiful home with AC. Just built in Oct of 2019. 5 big bedrooms, plus 6 person dining. 2 person breakfast bar. 3 Huge TV's to relax together or separately. Living room TV is high end Samsung 4k QLed for incredible picture!! Tree and Xmas decor Toys for kids! Huge soaking tub big enough for two for a romantic getaway. Safe and quiet brand new neighborhood away from main streets. It's really fun being in a neighborhood where everyone has just moved in to their new houses! Dog fee $30 per dog per night for well behaved dogs. Must be disclosed at time of reservation or if you decide to add on, paid prior to check in. No parties! Reservation could be terminated if more than 5 extra people are on property without permission. We are trying to prevent parties and disruption for our neighbors. No smoking Anything in the house!! Up to $250 fine for smoking.plus additional cleaning. Couches are different than pictures. Purchased a more durable style. The house is new construction in a pretty, brand new neighborhood close enough to major roads and maybe 8 minutes to airport. All the king bedrooms are upstairs and the queen bedroom/office is downstairs. There is no shower or bath downstairs. We leave the basics for your stay but do not replenish tp or other supplies during your stay. We do leave a lot of condiments and pantry items that we purchase or guests leave. This is for your convenience. We have a small fenced backyard with grass and concrete. New Kitchenaid mixer, pots and pans. Coffee pot. We always do an extra lot of dishes and silverware for bigger groups. Baking rack and mixing bowls. We do decorate for xmas. All pet fees are billed seperately after booking. 82" Q60 Samsung with hulu live netflix, etc. 75" tvs in two bedrooms. Two largest bedrooms have 72" samsungs. One is brand new q60, other was newer samsung hand me down and doesnt have hulu live but is still beautiful TV. Gas water heater, we keep it really hot and has a feature that mixes cold before it gets to the tap so we can get more showers before the water runs out. Washer and dryer for guest use, but usually does have sheets and towels in dryer. Just set on top. My cleaners work in 2's and sometimes 3's and we just cant get through it all in between. Sometimes dishes will be clean in the machine if previous guests don't run it early. No garage access at this time. laundry room is also used by cleaers and may have towels or sheets in machines text or phone after 8pm 541 613 1089 Beautiful brand new neighborhood.
