Eco-friendly farm stay

Our gîte "La Gâtinelle" is conveniently located between La Rochelle, the Poitevin marsh and the ocean. It can accommodate 5 to 7 people and has 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine, overlooking a well-equipped living room-kitchen (3 stars). The plus of this gîte: its large wooden terrace overlooking a pretty bocage valley, the calm of the countryside, the joys of a farm vacation, an eco-friendly gîte with character. The space This cottage combines the charm of old stones, eco-construction (lime-hemp plaster on the walls, floor tiles, stones and exposed beams...) and comfort (3 *** rating). It has 1 large living room overlooking a large terrace, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 with 3 single beds and 1 with 1 double bed) and a mezzanine (with 1 double bed). The kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave) and sheets and WIFI are provided free of charge. We have obtained the European Ecolabel for our environmental approach, the Accueil Paysan label for our approach to hosting on our organic farm, that of Tourism and Disability (mental, auditory, visual disability), that of Bike Hosting (bike room at your disposal, "Vélo Francette" route within 5 km). Finally, we won the 2015 Top Tourism Award issued by tourism professionals. Guest access This cottage is adjoining the other cottage "la cabrette" but not overlooked and with independent access. It is possible to book the 2 gîtes together for a family reunion or vacation with friends (maximum capacity 11 people).
