The space The house offers beautiful volumes and several living spaces allowing everyone to fully enjoy the stay. It includes five bedrooms, three bathrooms and an independent toilet. Three bedrooms feature a double bed, a twin bedroom, and an additional one for a child or teenager. Maximum capacity is nine guests, including six adults maximum. The large enclosed garden of 800 sqm is fully unobstructed. It includes a secure private pool, furnished terrace, shaded dining area, and Andalusian-inspired patio. The unobstructed views of the pine forest and the residential environment bring calm and privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with a back kitchen. You also have a gas barbecue, fiber connection, TV with French, Spanish and Portuguese channels, as well as easy parking in front of the house. The house is not fully air-conditioned. Three portable air conditioners are provided for the master suite (7,000 BTU), the living room (9,000 BTU), and the sleeping area on the ground floor (9,000 BTU). Two bedrooms with single beds have ceiling fans. Air conditioners must be used with doors and windows closed and switched off when the room or house is unattended. The beach can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by walking. The local shops and restaurants of Nuevo Portil are also accessible without a car. El Rompido, Huelva, the wild beaches of the coast, golf and the white villages of the area are easily accessible. The house is particularly suitable for families with children.
