The holiday apartments Marema are set in a quiet and idyllic location above the fine sandy beach of Peroulia near Koroni, on the southwestern coast of Messenia on Peloponnese. The 3 holiday apartments are next to each other with a separate entrance each. The basement flats below the apartments are used by the landlord family. The estate Marema is surrounded by a beautiful enclosed garden property cultivated with banana plants, citrus trees and plenty of Mediterranean plants and flowers. The lawn in the front garden is for the shared use of all guests. The apartment in the middle, Marema 2 dates back to 1975 and was renovated in 2024 and equipped with new furniture. The 2 bedrooms and the bath are adjoining to the separate kitchen. From both bedrooms you have direct access to a front roofed balcony where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Messenian Bay up to the opposite coast and the Taygetos Mountains. At the entrance area of the apartment there is a roofed terrace with some seating. In a separate part of the house there is a washing machine provided for the shared use of all guests. A small paved way leads 200mtr down the slope to the fine sandy beach of Peroulia. The close-by picturesque village Koroni with its port scenery, taverns and cafés make a nice change from the quiet and secluded area around Peroulia. Especially charming are also the towns of Pylos and Methoni on the western side of Messenia. There are also many untouched beaches on the coastline between Koroni and Pylos.
