Village house by the water

In the heart of the village of Saint Martin d'Ardèche and a stone's throw from the grain de sel beach I offer you my house with garden, courtyard with parking for 2 cars, terrace in the shade of wisteria and with a view of the river. The renovated house comprises on the first level, a living room, a living room with comfortable 2-seater sofa, kitchen and bathroom (whirlpool bath). Upstairs a landing with dressing room, sleeping possibility (2 90 cm mattresses) and a large bedroom with 2 140 cm beds. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In April the white wisteria is in bloom!
