Casa Del Mare - Farm stay by the ocean

The perfect getaway for a family break with the kids, a girls get together weekend or a trip away with good friends to a farm by the sea. This is a beautifully located house looking over the ocean on a 13 hectare farm which sleeps 6-7 comfortably. It is an elevated headland location close to three beaches, public parks and the Diamond headland whale watching platforms. There are fantastic views from the high location of the house with plenty of grassed area surrounding the house. The property has an infinity type fenced pool connected to the house looking out to the paddocks and the Pacific ocean. The property has access to Shelly Beach either via the public open space to the north of the house or via the nature walk at the the end of Red Head Road. This is a working farm with an orchard, 4 Shetland ponies, some sheep, some Chickens, Guinea pigs, Guinea fowl, Geese, some assorted natural wildlife, 2 small dams and nature walks within a small forest on the property. This is not a resort , this is a farm. Access to Diamond Beach is a 5 minute walk across the public park. Hallidays Point and Redhead are only a short distance. Pets are more than welcome at the property, we just ask that they kept on a lead near the animals, this is for the safety of both and are that pets are kept off the carpeted areas of the house (corridor and bedrooms) and the couches. Facilities include: Three bedroom (queen, queen and double, double and single with trundle) Two bathrooms - one with bath and shower and toilet and one with shower and toilet Open plan living and dining with kitchen with fantastic facilities and views to the ocean. There is an external laundry with washing machine and dryer, there is a BBQ and outdoor furniture on the deck. 3 1/2 drive from Sydney 10 minutes to Tuncurry/Forster The property and its facilities are available for paying guests only.
