Penthouse Studio Loft - End Unit

We are so excited to share this ideally located condo! Located above Mi Casa Mexican restaurant, we like to think of this condo as Su Condo :) While some aspects are dated, it's decorated with love and for your comfort. We want you to feel as at home as we do. It's super spacious for a studio and you can walk EVERYWHERE! The space The vaulted ceiling and loft provide for a spacious living space. It's ideal for a young couple looking to keep living space separate from sleeping. It's across the street from The Village and a short walk to the Quicksilver Chair and hiking trails. It's also only steps to coffee, cocktails and a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Concerts at the River Walk Center and all that Main Street offers! Guest access This condo was decorated with the guest in mind. It is for guest-use only when rented. Other things to note -The kitchen is small but has all major appliances and is fully stocked for preparing meals. -The bed(room) is in the loft which is accessed by a narrow staircase (bathroom is on the main floor) -The bathroom has a combination fan and heater for those cold winter days. -The heating system warms the unit nicely. -Except any unforeseen issues with Comcast/Xfinity, the wifi signal and cable are strong (HBO included). -There are two doors to access the garage. The code works at both. Spaces are narrow. Garage access height is 7' 2". -4WD/AWD AND appropriate tires are critical to getting around safely in the winter, and also a Colorado law. Any issues getting around are the responsibility of the guest. -There’s an extra key in the unit if you like to carry them with you. The key in the lockbox must remain in the lockbox at all times. If you get locked out, or if we can't access the unit as needed due to key not being in the lockbox, there is a $50 trip charge. Registration Details STR-293710002
