Our rustic Maine cottage is footsteps away from Great Pond and close to Belgrade Lakes Village. You’ll love our place because of its serenity and proximity to the lake. The house has a rustic old Maine cottage feel but with new amenities including a new kitchen, windows, bathrooms, patios and dock. New Pergola and Outdoor shower. Dog friendly. Sleeps 7. Private dock and easy lake entry. Boat slip for your canoe or kayak. Mooring for your motor boat. Parking on site. Firepit. The space We have a gas grill with at least half a tank of propane for your use as well as an outdoor fire pit. Linens and towels are not provided. We recently added a cedar outdoor shower and pergola with new outdoor furniture. Hammock, fire pit, private driveway with parking. We have security cameras that are turned on ONLY when guests are NOT on the property. No watercraft provided-bring your own. Guest access House is accessible by a private road and has private parking. We have outdoor electrical outlet with capability to change an EV. Other things to note NOTE: This rental is for the COTTAGE ONLY and NOT for the BUNKHOUSE which is on the property. The lake is accessible through our boat slip which has a sandy bottom. There is a rock "sea wall" on the edge of the property which is where the lake meets the land. There are also granite stairs on the side of the rock sea wall to enter the lake. You can not jump off the sea wall into the lake as it is shallow. The dock is accessible by stairs that are attached to the sea wall. Very small children should be supervised at all times.
