The apartment (60qm) is located in a new house on the ground floor with own entrance and garden with terrace (100qm). It has double walls for a good insulation against cold and heat, the water is heated by solar energy. There is an open kitchen with ceramic stove and oven. In the living room there is a leather sofa, TV with satellite, fast Wifi . From the living room as well as from the bedroom there are 2 large glass doors leading to the terrace with garden. The space There are wonderful hiking trails in the area, beaches for surfing and natural sea swimming pools for swimming. In the village there is a small shop where you can buy almost everything. Down by the sea there are several typical fish restaurants. Guest access The garden and terrace is only for the guests of the apartment. A parking lot is directly in front of the door.
