Private Bedroom/full bath & driveway parking

Only bedroom rented in home. You have exclusive use of the bathroom. Located in a brick colonial situated on one of George Washington's five farms. Close proximity to Mt. Vernon estate (2 miles), Ft. Belvoir (1/4 mile), Old Town Alexandria (11 miles), I-95 (6 miles) & the Capital via the George Washington Memorial Parkway. Wifi available. Able to do short-term/customized rental solution, will setup air mattress if the third guest fee is paid, otherwise rental is 1 bed in 1 room. No cleaning fee. The space Lower level bedroom with full size bed. Dresser and closet space available upon request. Full bathroom recently renovated with tub and shower, sink, and squatty potty. Towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Keurig with coffee/tea/hot chocolate all provided. If you need space in the refrigerator, you can have that as well. Laundry - our washer, dryer, and clothesline are available to you. We say three guests but understand that the third guest will be in a separate private room on the same level with a door and an air mattress with linens. The rental is for one bedroom with one bed and if you pay for the third guest, we will be more than happy to put up the air mattress. Renting without paying for the third guest is just for 1 bedroom with 1 bed. Parents with small children are welcome to keep the child in the bedroom but there is not enough room for another mattress. We have three children under three here, but will limit what you hear of them, we promise =). Guest access Guests can access the bedroom via the front door of the house or the private rear basement entrance. Guests will have access to the bedroom, with full size bed, newly renovated bathroom, kitchenette area and refrigerator, and washer/dryer with iron. During your stay We will be available to interact with guests if they would like, or we can provide a non-intrusive stay as well. Other things to note Parking is on the private driveway of the house - no need to pay or search for parking. Please pull into the driveway and angle park in the gravel so that we can all get in and out without blocking each other in. There is a number sign out front of the house with our address on it.
