Newly remodeled (1) bedroom unit located in a very safe area. This place has everything. A large living room with 55" smart TV. Netflix, YouTube, and much more. Double pane windows to reduce outside noise for a quiet relaxing stay. Fully equipped kitchen for all meals. Air conditioning. Washer / dryer in unit. Walking distance to Metro station, supermarket, and many restaurants. The Arboretum and shopping Mall are very close also. Close to the San Gabriel Mountains with lots of hiking trails. The space This is a recently remodeled (1) bedroom unit. The unit is fully equipped with all the amenities (and a few extras) to make it a very comfortable stay. The home has a fully furnished bedroom, bathroom, and living room with a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has what you'll need to cook your favorite meals. Also, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. AC and heat system. Great place for the long term. Guest access Only guest will have access to the entire home. Other things to note There is plenty of free parking directly in front of the unit, so parking is never an issue. Street sweeping will be Thursdays on west side of street (across the street) and Fridays on east side (our side), between 12-4 pm so guests will need to park on the opposite side of the street if they have a vehicle and are home during those hours to avoid receiving a citation.
