You will have exclusive use of the entire house + terrace-pool-barbecue. We are a couple and live in a part adjacent to the house but independent of you. You will have your own gate and house keys to come and go at your own pace. LISTING RULES - Respect check-in times from 5 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. maximum - No music - Use of the outdoors limited from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The space PARKING / GETTING AROUND - In the garden, fully fenced, with an electric gate that you will have control of at any time. - There is a direct bus stop to Nîmes a few meters from the house. SLEEP - The double beds are 160/200 and the single beds are 90/200 to be comfortable. - Solid wooden shutters + mosquito nets in the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor/roof window with mosquito net and blackout blind in the bedroom on the 2nd floor. - All bed linen is included - 2 table fans per room - 1 umbrella bed (folding bed) available but you will need to bring your own sheets and baby pad MEALS - Cutlery, utensils, dishes and basic condiments are provided, but food and breakfast drinks are not included. - 1 fridge-freezer combination, kettle, microwave, toaster and Italian manual coffee maker (with your usual ground coffee) - Supermarkets and artisanal food shops very close by FOR HYGIENE - 1 towel 70/140 per person - 1 WC per floor - Hot water is on cumulus (270 liters) - Cleaning products and equipment provided but start and end of stay cleaning already included in the rental price GARDEN AND POOL - Patio (inner courtyard) is not included in the rental - Large barbecue: bring your own consumables (wood, charcoal, firelighter) - We take care of the garden and pool during your stay ****************** We are a young couple, no frills, regular and friendly. Overnight hosting is a way to share our love for this timeless building, while materially supporting the expenses and work it requires to maintain its old age charm... This type of accommodation speaks to us because we ourselves spent many wonderful years traveling with locals, before we found each other and put our suitcases down here, where part of our family is from. Before, we were rather travelers on the site, now we welcome you, and are committed to doing it with confidence, respect and kindness. We are always available by text to facilitate your stay and well-being, but very discreet otherwise.
