Located in Haute Garonne (Midi Pyrenees) and set in an acre and a half of farmland, Gite31.com has a large heated pool and stunning views, set in a rural tranquil setting, allowing sole occupancy, sunny weather, fine wine and modern amenities. Sleeps up to 6, 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs, tastefully decorated with all mod cons including a well-stocked kitchen, patio area, gas BBQ and an Alexa to guide you around the local area. Exclusive use of the large heated pool with modern garden furniture. A south-facing garden with stunning uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside. The garden is fenced in with safe space for dogs who visit us. The owner's property is connected to the gite but both have their own private entrances. Note: the Wi-Fi is free and unlimited off a 4G box. This provides fast and stable internet for those that need to unfortunately work while away. We accept pets at €50 per stay.
