Lakes Resort is a gated community (4.5km from Pauanui) featuring a shared swimming pool and gym facilties, nestled amongst forest covered hills, spectacular wetlands and surrounding international golf course. This home is designed to maximize the views over the course and take full advantage of all day sun. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst relaxing on the deck to the sounds of birds chirping. The home is designed with a formal lounge, open plan family/dining/kitchen areas, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is tastefully furnished and extremely well appointed. The master bedroom with ensuite has a queen size bed, walk in wardrobe and lovely views across the lake to the golf course. The ensuite has a separate toilet, separate dual rose shower, twin vanities and heated towel rails. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has twin single beds. The formal lounge is just off the front entrance, a nice room for a quiet read, furnished with a three seater and two seater settees and a large square coffee table. The open plan family/dining/kitchen area has large bi-fold doors that open onto a deck from where you can relax on sun loungers and watch the golfers across the lake. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by an island sink bench/breakfast bar, and is well equipped. The main bathroom is situated between the second and third bedrooms and has a separate shower, spa bath, vanity and heated towel rail. The toilet is separate. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Guest must arrive before 7pm due to Bodycorp rules and regulations PLEASE NOTE CELLPHONE COVERAGE IS LIMITED IN THE LAKES RESORT. As the property has unfenced access to the golf course and lakes on the grounds, adults should closely supervise young children while outside. Please note, if you would like to use Sky you can bring your personal Sky card to put in the decoder which works one in three times. Guests cannot walk on the golf course paths unless playing golf due to Lakes Resort restrictions. The swimming pool in not available during the winter months.
