Spacious terrace-level apartment in my home. Features include organic queen bed in fully appointed bedroom, lovely bathroom with tub/shower combo, vessel sink; spacious kitchen with all appliances. Living room features top-of-the-line American Leather QUEEN PLUS sleep sofa, flat screen TV, Wifi, and laundry room with washer and dryer. Coffee and tea provided. Separate entrance for total privacy. Access to peaceful backyard. The space Apartment has its own full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. There is a small patio for your use and my entire yard available for your enjoyment. AS APARTMENT CAN COMFORTABLY ACCOMMODATE 4. Queen bed in bedroom and queen plus sleeper sofa (no bars! very comfy) in living room. Guest access There are two interior doors that will be locked and labeled, as they lead to my part of house. Other things to note Parking for your vehicle on "straightaway" of drive, just at top of stairs. Descend exterior stairs to door of apartment. Also ample street parking (not metered) just in front of house for your guests or extra vehicle. Carpet in bedroom is light (mistake!) so if you will, please bring slippers to wear inside. Some guests find apartment temperature warm, some cool, others just right. Heat and A/C controlled only in my part of house. Guidebook on kitchen table has suggestions for ways you can control temps; also, clothing layers work!
