Great Location. -right outside the Lafayette C Train, a block away from the Fulton G. -5 minute walk to Atlantic/Pacific Q/B/N/R/2/3/4/5 & LIRR -lots of great wine bars, german beer gardens and great restaurants on Fulton St, Lafayette Ave and DeKalb Ave. The space - 1 bedroom w/queen bed - 1 art studio/bedroom w/full-sized air mattress - Comfy sofa - Easy street parking - Laundromat around the corner - Wi-Fi - Full kitchen with typical appliances - Flatscreen with roku (hulu, netflix, hbogo, cnn) Guest access I travel a lot for work and have neighbors.
